General

You can access our .

Check in is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins.

Check out time is 10am for sites and cabins, although we will allow complimentary 12pm checkout if it’s available.

We welcome small pets on sites only for some of the year. Please note pets need approval from park management and only one small pet per site is allowed. Pets aren’t permitted in peak or high season.

Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions.

Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day.

So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 150 days, but this is at the discretion of the manager.

Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.

Facilities

All our holiday guests can enjoy 500MB of complimentary wifi per device per day. Please know that black spots occur at some locations around the property and wifi may not be suitable for streaming movies or work purposes.

We don’t have a pool onsite, but we’re right on Stockton Beach and in walking distance of Stockton Pool and Stockton Swimming Centre.

We have a large recreation room equipped with a pool table, arcade games and a large TV for movie nights and sporting events.

We don’t have a set movie schedule for kids, but all our cabins have DVD players.

No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the park that you’re welcome to use.

Yes, day visitors are welcome at no charge.

Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you always wear a helmet. We ask that for the comfort of all our guests that you leave your electric scooters and skate boards at home.

We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.

We have complementary cots and highchairs available.

Our two laundries are open 7am to 9:30pm daily. We have eight washing machines, six tumble dryers and five laundry tubs. Our machines are coin-operated and cost $4 each per load for washing or drying.

A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Any additional cars can be parked in the large parking area at the entrance to the park.

Sites

Yes, some sites have trees on them. Please check when you book.

All our sites are flat.

Taps are located beside your site.

A 15m lead should do the trick.

You’ll need a 15-amp lead.

Our camp kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, urn with hot water, hot plates, a sink, fridge, BBQ’s and an oven. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

Yes, you’re welcome to do so.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.

Cabins

We have a large parking area at the front of the park where you can keep your boat, etc. There is also ample street parking.

All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, stovetop, convection microwave and fridge.

We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.

Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Our cabins don’t have Foxtel, but they do DVD players for your enjoyment.

All our cabins have walk-in showers only with no lip.

Our Breakwall and Lighthouse villas are accessible. They have ramp access and accessible fixtures and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom.

Yes, our cabins have reverse cycled air conditioning.

Our beds can’t be split.
