General
Check in time is 12pm for sites, 2pm-3pm for cabins (if your cabin is ready earlier, we will send you an SMS letting you know).
Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.
If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions. Please note that sites must arrive before 8.30pm as reversing caravans in the dark is a hazard and noise from tent pegs etc. disturb other guests.
Our friendly staff at reception are available to assist daily in summer from7.30am - 7.30pm; and daily in all other seasons from 8am - 6.30pm.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 90 days within a 12-month period.
Yes, we are pet friendly, however there are a few guidelines. If you are brining your furry friend, please give us a call.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant documents, complete some paperwork before arrival, and ask that your animal always wear their companion jacket.
We do not have any services that we offer at the park but there are a few local businesses that may be able to assist.
You are more than welcome to throw your line off the breakwall, but remember you will need a fishing licence. You can apply for a licence online, from the council or local tackle shops.
We sell prawns and worms at reception, and for all other types of bait it’s only a short 5-minute walk into town.
Facilities
Yes, however connection is limited ur holiday park has limited. We are looking to make improvements to provide a better service to our guests.
No, our pool is not heated. From October to May, it’s nice and warm and from June to October it’s a lovely refreshing temperature.
We don’t have a bus service but our friendly staff at reception can arrange for the local clubs that do have this service to pick you up.
Kids movies are only on through the school holidays and an sms sent to guests to let them know.
No open flames are allowed in the park. However, you are welcome to bring your own gas BBQ and heat beads are only permitted if in an enclosed container kept off the ground. Please remember that rules may change at any time when we need to follow council regulations around fire bans.
You’re welcome to have day visitors, however we do not provide visitor parking and they won’t be able to use the facilities. If guests would like to stay overnight there is an extra charge of $15 per night for a site or $20 a night for a cabin – they are then welcome to use the facilities.
We don’t have child-minding services, but our friendly reception staff may be able to recommend trusted local babysitter companies if you need.
We don’t have the space for this in the park however, we can certainly suggest a few venues close by that you can use.
The Park is for exclusive use of our NRMA Port Macquarie Breakwall Holiday Park guests only.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and ensure all bikes and scooters be parked at your site or cabin when the sun goes down.
No unfortunately we don’t offer day visits.
Yes, we do. Please refer to our park map for locations.
We don’t have mini golf.
Yes, you can print and scan documents at the reception free of charge.
We can provide complimentary cots. Subject to availability.
Our washing machines and dryers are only $5 a load. All amenity blocks all have laundry facilities A Block accepts credit card only and B and C Blocks accept cash only. Irons are available upon request from reception. All cabins have ironing facilities.
The Little Shack is located on the edge of our park but is not owned or operated by the park or NRMA.

We do not have baths in any cabins. Amenity block A has a baby bath, Amenity B & C both have a normal size bath.
Location
It’s a short 2-minute walk into town.
We are a short 5-minute walk to Town Beach.
Sites
If you purchase 2 sites you can stay hooked up. However, we have limited spots to do this within the park without damaging the services throughout the park or you can use the unpowered area.
The unpowered sites don’t have access to water however, there are many taps located throughout the unpowered area that you can get water from for free.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
Yes, they are.
Yes, but only outside the Christmas and Easter peak periods.
Our sites and cabins are only allocated one car space. If you’d like to bring additional cars, there is extra parking opposite the ocean breeze cabins, but it is a first come first served basis so not guaranteed.
We have lots of beautiful Norfolk Pines throughout the park. Most sites are close to a tree, but not directly under one and the non-powered area only has trees around the boundary.
Most of our sites are level, however there are some that have a slope and older style caravans may find it tricky to reverse onto these. Please give us a call to find out what site will suit your vehicle when booking.
Our sites are only allocated one car space. If you’d like to bring your boat, jet ski or trailer, there is extra parking opposite the ocean breeze cabins, but it is a first come first served basis, so unfortunately not guaranteed.
The taps are located at the back of the site with your site number marked on them.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
We recommend bringing a 25m lead.
We have a standard size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove tops and an instant hot water system for tea and coffee, plus a TV and large table and seating. We also have 2 x BBQs available outside of the camp kitchen. All you need to do is bring the food.
Yes, you can pitch your tent on a grass site, but not on our slab site (although if you have a swag, you can use these on any site).
Yes, but if you are wanting to stay hooked up, please give our team a call so we can book you on the suitable sites.
Cabins
Most of our cabins are allocated one car space to fit your car, boat, jet ski or trailer. If you have additional equipment or vehicles, please contact our friendly team.
If you are bringing a large boat, it will need to be moored at the Port Macquarie Marina.
All our cabins contain kettles, hairdryers, irons and dish liquid. Each cabin also includes a stovetop except for studios which only include basic tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and small fridge.
Yes, all cabins have parking directly at your door.
We provide you with a starter pack for the duration of your stay, if you run out, you can get more from reception.
Yes, all linen is supplied (except beach towels), beds are made up for guests with the exception of bunks.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
For our guests staying 7 nights or more, we will provide fresh linen and towels mid-stay.
There is no Foxtel or DVD player, but the cabins include Smart TVs which you can use for streaming. Please note that this requires your own data as the guest wifi doesn’t support watching movies.
Most of our cabins have walk in showers, except for the Baysides which currently have a shower over the bath. If we are unable to accommodate your request for a walk-in shower, there are amenity blocks available for all our guests to use.
All amenity blocks have an access friendly bathroom that is equipped for wheelchair use. Please ask reception for the code to access this bathroom.
Studio 13 is our only access friendly accommodation. We have elephant feet available to raise the height of the bed so a hoist can fit underneath the bed, which are available upon request.
No, all our queen size beds have a queen size mattress and therefore cannot be split.
Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning so you can keep cool (or warm) all year round.
