General
Check in is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins.
Check out time is 10am for sites and cabins.
For the comfort of all guests, we don’t accept pets in our park.
Yes, if you’re arriving late, please let us know and we’ll send you a code on the day of your arrival if you have requested an after-hours check in.
Our friendly staff at reception are available every day 8am – 6pm.
We have no maximum length of stay. You are welcome to book in for as long as you like.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket. No other pets are permitted as per Parks Victoria policy.
Facilities
All our holiday guests can enjoy 500MB of good, complimentary wifi per device per day.
We don’t have a pool but we are in walking distance of a patrolled surf beach.
We have two coin-operated game machines and a TV/Lounge room. We also have an onsite gym (16yrs and over).
We show movies over the school holidays. Please check with reception or have a look at the school holidays activities schedule to see what’s showing on the day.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the park that you’re welcome to use.
For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow day visitors.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear and observe all road rules. Children need to be supervised by an adult at all times.
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.
We aren’t able to provide cots/highchairs.
Our laundry facilities are coin operated and cost $4 each per load for washing and $2 per load for drying.
Not right now.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types.
Sites
Some sites (15 – 21) do have trees located at the rear of the site.
Some sites (18 – 21) do have slopes.
In the summer holiday period, boats/jet skis/trailers that don’t fit on your site must have a parking space booked with reception (very limited spots available) or alternatively be parked offsite.
The taps are located on the powerheads on each site.
A 10-15 m lead should do the trick.
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.
Our camp kitchen is equipped with hot plates, BBQ’s, microwaves, fridges, freezers, a toaster and a kettle. All you’ll need to bring is the food.
We only have powered grass sites and they are suitable for tents, caravans, motorhomes and campervans.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park. All sites are powered anyway.
Cabins
Yes, however it’s best to contact us directly as availability can vary depending on the time of year.
All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a hair dryer, dishwashing liquid and kitchenette/kitchen depending on the cabin choice. Some cabins have an oven while others have only a stovetop. The studio has only a kettle and toaster.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
We have DVD players in our Villas and Cabins only.
Villas and Studios feature a normal shower with a small lip for the shower frame. Creekside Cabins and Cabins have a step-over shower.
We have an access friendly bathroom in the amenities block.
Yes, our cabins have reverse cycled air conditioning.
Studios have a king-size bed that can be split into two king singles on request. The Cabins feature a king-size bed in the living space that can also be split into two singles. The bedding configuration in the Creekside Cabins and Villas can’t be changed.
