Yes. Please ensure you contact the resort to let them know you will be late. We’ll send an email or text message with instructions to access your pack, keys and map. Full payment is required prior to arrival.

So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 150 days.

With our unique location on the South Coast, water to our property has to be trucked in and treated on-site. However, we recommend boiling it before drinking or using it to prepare food. If you’d prefer, bottled water is available for purchase at reception, or you’re welcome to bring your own bottled water.

No, unfortunately we cannot accept your furry friend, as we are located in a national park.

Guide and Assistance Dogs, and companion pets are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.

Facilities

All our holiday guests have access to free wifi, at 1GB per day, per device.

Yes, we have a gas heated swimming pool for you to enjoy. We also have a splash park, but this isn’t heated.

We don’t have a games or recreation room, but there’s plenty of spaces around the resort where you can relax.

Yes, we have a kiosk that carries basic grocery items, toiletries, ice creams, bait, some breakfast and basic meal ingredients. Additionally, we have a café/bistro that is open from 8am to 8pm. Please note it is closed for hot food service between 2pm to5pm but tea and coffee are still available.

No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the resort. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re welcome to use.

No, we are a guest only facility. Visitors of guests can come inside the resort but must sign in at the front desk.

Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety, so we ask that you always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear, only ride during daylight hours and follow all road rules. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.

E-bikes, e-skateboards or e-scooters are not permitted for use within our resort.

We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

We have a limited number of complementary portacots and highchairs we can provide. These fit into all cabin types. In the Beach Villa the portacot must go into the lounge room.

We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.

Our machines are coin-operated and cost $5.00 per load for each.

We currently don’t have any electric vehicle chargers available.

We are only a 15 minute drive to Batemans Bay where you can find everything you need.

We’re only a stone’s throw away from Mill Beach which you can access directly from the resort.

Sites

Yes, some sites have trees on them. Please check when you book.

Most of the caravan park and campground is generally flat. Please check when you book.

A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Please discuss your needs with our friendly reception staff.

The tap is located next to the electricity power box at the back of the site.

A 20 meter lead should do the trick.

You’ll need a 15-amp lead and tagged lead. If you’re in a tent, you can purchase an adapter that will convert the 15amp to 10amp, plug in a power board and run your appliances.

Our camp kitchen is open 24/7 and is equipped with most things you would find in your own home. Please feel free to ask our friendly Holiday Hosts if you require anything further.

You’re welcome to erect your tent on our grass powered sites.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the resort.

No, we don’t have any capacity for caravan, boat or trailer storage.

If your site is long enough you are more than welcome to stay hooked up.

Cabins

A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types so there is no space for a boat, etc. Please note that parking is very restricted.

All our cabins are self-contained. You will find most things you would find in your own home – just bring your own food. Please feel free to ask our friendly Holiday Hosts if you require anything further.

We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room. Please remember to bring your beach and pool towels.

No, unfortunately there is no Foxtel and there is also no TV reception on the campsites.

Our cabins include either a walk-in or step-in shower/s, some cabins also include a bath.

Yes, our cabins have reverse-cycle air conditioning.

We can offer a split or joined bed in our Garden and Ocean Villa for your convenience. Just let us know at the time of booking.
