General

You can access our .

Check in is 12pm for powered sites and 2pm for cabins and ensuites.

Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.

We welcome pets on our sites only. You can bring a maximum of two pets per site.

Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions.

Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day.

Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and complete some paperwork. We ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket. Companion dogs need a vaccination record.

Facilities

All our holiday guests can enjoy 5 GB of complimentary wifi per device per day. It normally runs at a good speed.

Our swimming pool is outdoors and is heated to 29°C year-round.

Our games room is equipped with a TV, table tennis table and video games.

Our activities calendar is seasonal. Please check with reception for the latest schedule.

Fire pits are permitted during the cooler months when there are no fire restrictions in place. Guests are welcome to use our fire pits during their stay. However, please note that firewood is not provided. You're also welcome to bring your own fire pit, provided it meets safety requirements; it must be off the ground, have an ash catcher, and cannot be an open fire or contain heat beads. We also have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re welcome to use.

Your friends and family are welcome to visit you at the park. However, please note that day visitors are not permitted in the pool and slide areas.

Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and don’t ride on the footpaths. Electric bikes and scooters are not permitted within the park.

We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite, but we do have go-karts for hire at $5 for 30 mins or $10 per hr.

Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs.

Our laundry facilities are coin operated and cost $5 per load for washing or drying.

Yes, we have 3 electric vehicle chargers.

A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types.

Sites

Yes, there are trees in the park and on some sites

All of our sites are level.

We can’t accommodate boats or jet skis in the park, but you can take them to the boat ramp, which is 500 metres away from the park.

Taps are located at the rear of sites.

A 5m lead should do the trick.

You will need a 15-amp lead.

Our camp kitchen is equipped with an indoor lounge room, a fridge/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, hot water and a sink. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

No, caravan sites are slabs and not suitable for tents.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.

Cabins

We can’t accommodate boats or jet skis in the park, but you can take them to the boat ramp, which is 500 metres away from the park.

All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. All cabins have a hairdryer, iron, a small amount of dishwashing liquid and hot plates. Selected cabins have a full oven.

We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.

Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

Our cabins don’t have Foxtel, but we do have DVD players that you can request FOC from reception.

Most cabins have a shower with a normal sized lip.The only bath in the park is in the family room in the amenities block.

Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning for both cooling and heating.

Our beds can’t be split.
