Our friendly staff at reception are available from 8am to 8pm during our peak Christmas/January period, and 8am to 6pm for the rest of the year.
Yes. Please ensure you contact the resort to let them know you will be late. We’ll send an email or text message with instructions to access your pack, keys and map. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 28 days. If you need a bit longer this needs to be arranged with our reception.
Yes, we are pet friendly on selected sites only. Just remember we do have some block out dates like Christmas and Easter. You are allowed to bring 2 pets and we allow dogs, cats, rabbits and birds.
Guide and Assistance Dogs, and companion pets are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents.
No. But we may be able to make some local recommendations for you. Please contact the resort for more information or visit our team at reception.
Yes, you can, but please inform our reception team in advance to expect something for you, and they will contact you once it’s arrived. Don’t forget to have your name on your parcel.

If you used Booking.com, Wotif.com, Expedia or any other 3rd party booking agent (except Big 4), we can’t make any changes to your booking. You will have to go back to your 3rd party booking agent. If you booked through the Big4 portal, we can make changes for you and cancel your booking. The park will then issue a refund (if applicable) through the Big 4 portal. Please ensure you read our cancellation terms.
You can generally book 11 months in advance with the sales centre and online. A rebook is when you visit our park and decide that you love staying with us and want to stay on the same site/in the same cabin for exactly the same dates next year (no changes allowed). If you want to rebook with us, just visit reception before you check out, and our friendly team will make your next booking for you.
NRMA Parks and Resorts do not accept bookings from persons under the age of 18 years of age. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, such as a parent. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where this condition is not met.
Facilities
Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi connection available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage our guests to enjoy the natural surroundings and amenities.
We do have a lovely pool for you to enjoy, but it’s not heated. Our water park, however, is heated.
Yes, we have a variety of different arcade games.
No, currently we do not offer this facility but stay tuned for updates!

No, open flames or coal BBQs are not allowed in the resort. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re welcome to use.
No, we are exclusively for our guests only.
Yes, bikes and scooters are allowed, but we prioritise safety. Please always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear, ride only during daylight hours, and follow all road rules. Additionally, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Yes, e-bikes are allowed in the park. For safety reasons, you must wear a helmet. However, e-scooters are not permitted in the resort.
No, we do not have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
Certainly! We have portacots and highchairs available for borrowing, free of charge. Please contact the park by phone to reserve these items.
We have washing machines and dryers available for use at $4.00 per load (coin-operated).
We don’t have a dedicated charging station, but you may be able to charge your electric vehicle in your cabin. Please make sure you bring a long enough charging lead. Additionally, our Beachcomber cabins are equipped with electric vehicle chargers.
We allow one car per site or cabin. Some of our cabins have room for 2 cars – please check with us when making your booking.
We have a small, short-term visitor’s car park, but a second car will need to be parked off-site.
Yes, you can. This needs to be arranged with reception, so please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Unfortunately, we do not offer rental services for snowboards, skis, surfboards, bikes, or kayaks. However, our friendly reception team can provide you with local recommendations.
Location
We are only 2km from the town centre, and it’s an easy walk. There, you will find grocery stores, cafes, clubs, and restaurants.
We are only a short distance from the beach.
Sites
Yes, we do have some trees that provide valuable shade on the site. Please check when you book.
Some of our sites do have a gentle slope, please check with us if you are concerned.
If you can fit fully within your boundaries, you can bring some equipment. Otherwise, it will need to be stored in our car park or off-site.
Generally, your tap will be at the back of your site.
A 15m lead should do the trick.
You’ll need a 15amp lead, and it should be tagged. If you’re in a tent, you can purchase an adapter that will convert the 15amp to 10amp. Then, plug in a power board to run your appliances.
We have 2 camp kitchens where you will find microwaves, BBQs, and fridges (no freezers).
Yes, you can, if it is a grass site, and we have plenty of those available.
For the comfort of all our guests, we don’t allow generators.
We do not have caravan storage areas available.
You’ll need to unhitch in our park as we don’t have any drive through sites.

We have 2 access-friendly cabins, and we also have an amenities block with a separate special access bathroom. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
Yes, our air conditioning is reverse cycle.
We can only split our beds in the Escape 1 and 2. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require this service.
