Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day, except on Christmas Day when we have limited operating hours from 8am – 11am.
Yes. Please ensure you contact the park to let them know you will be late. We’ll send an email or text message with instructions to access your pack, keys and map. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 29 days.
Yes, we welcome pets in our park all year round. Pets are permitted in pet friendly cabins, powered caravan sites and powered tent sites. We also have a dog wash available.
Guide and Assistance Dogs, and companion pets are more than welcome in all cabins and sites. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.

Yes, you can arrange mail and packages to be delivered to our park prior to and/or during your stay.

Facilities
All our holiday guests have access to free wifi, but unfortunately it is not the strongest. Vodafone does not work well in our park.
Both the main pool and our lap pool are heated. The lap pool is “adults-only” until 12pm (noon) and remains a quiet pool throughout the day.
We don’t have a recreation room.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the park that you’re welcome to use.
No, we are a guest only facility. Visitors of guests can visit the park but must sign in at the front desk.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety, so we ask that you ensure you always wear a helmet and necessary protective gear, only ride during daylight hours and follow all road rules. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
No, e-bikes or e-scooters aren’t allowed in our park, but we certainly have plenty of things for your kids to do.
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
We have a limited number of complimentary portacots and highchairs we can provide. These will fit in all cabin types except our studio bungalows.
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.
Our machines are coin-operated and cost $5.00 per load for each.
We currently don’t have any electric vehicle chargers available.

No, only guests can have their child’s birthday party inside the park.

Location
Our park is only about 2.1km to the town centre where you’ll find groceries, restaurants, cafes, clubs etc. We do have an onsite café as well.
We are only about 2.3kms to Forster Main Beach and 9 Mile Beach.
Sites
Yes, some sites have trees on them. Please check when you book.
Most of the park is generally flat. Please check when you book.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. Please note that parking is very restricted.
The tap is located next to the electricity power box at the back of the site.
A 10-15 m lead should do the trick.
You’ll need a 15-amp lead. If you are in a tent and then want to run some appliances, you can purchase an adapter that will convert the 15amp to 10amp and then you can also plug a power board into it for your appliances.
Our camp kitchen is open 24/7 and is equipped with most things you would find in your own home. Please feel free to ask our friendly Holiday Hosts, should you require anything further.
You’re welcome to erect your tent on astro turf, grass or matted sites, but not on slab sites.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
No, we don’t have any capacity for caravan, boat or trailer storage.
Our park offers 3 premium sites that are large enough to remain hooked up to your car overnight.

Yes, we have a valet service and park all caravans. We are also assisting every motorhome with reversing.

All our cabins are self-contained. You will find most things you would find in your own home. Please feel free to ask our friendly Holiday Hosts, should you require anything further.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room. Please remember to bring your beach and pool towels.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
No, our cabins don’t have Foxtel or a DVD player.
Our cabins include either a walk-in or step-in shower/s, some cabins also include a bath.
We have one accessible cabin and 2 accessible public bathrooms. Codes are required.
Yes, our cabins have reverse-cycled air conditioning.
Unfortunately none of our cabin types offer split beds.
