General
Check in is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins.
Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.
We welcome pets during low and mid-seasons. Pets are only permitted on sites and not in cabins. Please note over the peak and premium periods including Easter weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday), school holidays, public holidays and over the summer season (26 Dec – 29 Jan), we don’t allow pets so you’ll have to leave your furry friends at home.
Yes. If you’re arriving late, please notify us ahead of time and we’ll send you an SMS with the after-hours reception safe code. In it, you will find an envelope with your name on it, which will contain the boom gate code and your cabin keys if you are staying in a cabin.
Our friendly staff at reception are available 7:30am – 7:30pm every day. Please note on Christmas Day, reception will operate for limited hours from 9am – 11am.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 56 days.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and complete some paperwork and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket.
Facilities
All our holiday guests can enjoy complimentary wifi 500MB per day per device. Antennae are located throughout the park to provide internet access to guests. Due to the ever-changing environment of a holiday park and the varying number of guest computers/devices, the signal cannot be guaranteed everywhere; outside areas provide the best coverage.
The pool is heated to 28°C year-round for your enjoyment.
You’re spoilt for choice in our rec room with a pool table, table tennis table, arcade games and a TV to offer you a place to relax and hang out with friends.
We don’t currently hold movie nights at the park, but all cabins have DVD players for your enjoyment.
Fires are not permitted. We provide onsite BBQs that you are welcome to use.
Yes, we welcome day visitors. You must please make yourself known to reception and check in.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and that minors are supervised by adults.
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.
We do not have highchairs available but can provide complimentary cots.
Our laundry facilities are open from 7am – 9.30pm. $4 per load for washing and $1 per load for 12mins of drying (gold coin only).

A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. We ask that you please park your vehicle in the allotted position and not on the park’s roadways or lawned areas.
Sites
Some sites do have trees. Please give us a call to check if your site has a tree.
Some sites are on slopes, but none that would be a problem.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. If you have a trailer or boat you would need to park your car in the overflow carpark or outside of the park.
It can vary but, on most sites, the tap is located on the side in the centre.
A 10m lead should do the trick.
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.
Hotplates, BBQ, Continuous Hot Water, Oven, Fridge and Sink. All you need to bring is the food.
You’re more than welcome to but do keep in mind that caravan sites normally have a cement slab, so we recommend a grass site for tents.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
Cabins
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types adjacent to each cabin. We ask that you please park your vehicle in the allotted position and not on the park’s roadways or lawned areas. If you have a trailer or boat you would need to park your car in the overflow carpark or outside of the park.
All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a kettle, hairdryer, iron and dishwashing liquid. Cooking facilities may vary depending on the accommodation type.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
We don’t have Foxtel, but we do have DVD players in our cabins for your enjoyment.
All of our cabins have showers only
Accessible amenities are available in the amenities building. Please get the key from reception to use these facilities. There are no access friendly cabins at this time.
Yes, our cabins have reverse cycled air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
Our beds can’t be split.
