General
Check in time is 11am for sites, 2pm for cabins (if your cabin is ready earlier, we’ll send you an SMS letting you know).
Check out is 10am for sites and cabins.
Yes. If you’re arriving late, we’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions.
Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am to 6pm every day. Closed Christmas Day.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 28 days.
Guide Dog and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to complete some paperwork and ask that your animal always wear their companion jacket.
We vary the movies weekly so there’s always something new to watch. You can ask our friendly staff in-park or view our latest activities schedule.
The use of generators are permitted during the hours of 8am and 8pm.
Darlington does not have mini golf.
Facilities
All our holiday guests can enjoy complimentary wifi.
The northern pool is heated to approximately 27 degrees in the winter/colder months. The pool with the water slide is not heated.
You’re spoilt for choice in our rec room with table tennis, a pool table and other various electronic arcade games. The games room is open daily from 7am to 8pm. All machines are coin operated and accept $2 and $1 coins.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re free to use.
Darlington are currently not accepting day visitors, but visitors of guests are welcome and are required to sign in via the QR code and register at reception. Visitors of guests are only allowed at the guests site, villa or at the restaurant. They are not permitted to use the park facilities.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet.
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.
Yes, we can provide complimentary cots and highchairs. You’ll just need to bring your own linen for the cot.
Our laundry facilities are coin operated, and it’s $5 per wash and dry cycle. Coins are available from Reception (no cash out facilities are available).

A single car space is allocated for most accommodation types next to each site. Visitors may park their car in the visitor parking area at the front of the property.
Sites
We have some sites that have no trees, but most have trees located on or near them.
Powered and ensuite sites are all level. The unpowered sites are in a bush setting, so there could be uneven terrain.
Any guests that wish to bring a boat/trailer/jet ski will need to arrange a parking space by calling reception prior to arriving.

The taps are located to the rear of each site.

There are a number of modern camp kitchens and barbecue areas located throughout the park. The camp kitchen and barbecue areas contain sinks for the purpose of washing dishes. All you need to do is bring the food.
Yes, even if the site has a concrete slab, you can pitch a tent to the back or side of the slab. If you let us know you’re planning to stay in a tent, we’ll endeavour to situate you on enviro sites (crusher dust with shade cloth).
Cabins
Any guests that wish to bring a boat/trailer/jet ski will need to arrange a parking space by calling reception prior to arriving.
Majority of our cabins are equipped with hair dryers, however if one is not available in a particular room, please contact reception. An iron and ironing board is available in each accommodation type. Dish liquid is also contained in cabins and safari tents. Cooking facilities differ depending on the accommodation type.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room. However, we recommend you bring your own beach towel.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
Yes, there is Foxtel and DVD players and DVDs are available from reception on request.
The Lagoon Spa Villas have a shower over the spa. Gumnut Villa’s 1,2,3,6 & 8 have a shower over a small bathtub in the second bathroom.
Selected cabins and amenities have accessibility.
Beds in all Gumnut Villas can be made as either king beds in the main room and second room or they can be split into 2 x king singles per room. Lagoon Villa 6 can also be 2 king beds or 2 x king single in each room.
Yes, all cabins have reverse cycle air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
