Check in is 11am for sites and 2pm for cabins.

Check out time is 10am for sites and cabins, although we’ll offer you a complimentary noon check out where possible.

We welcome pets on our sites in low season only. There is a limit of one dog per site. Unfortunately, our cabins and villas are not pet-friendly.

Yes, if you’re arriving late, please notify us ahead of time and we’ll send you a pin code via SMS. This will give you access to a safe deposit box by the office door, where you will find your keys to your cabin.

Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day excluding Christmas Day.

So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 30 days in cabins and 159 days on sites.

Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome. We just need you to supply relevant registration documents and complete some paperwork and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket. For companion pets, we ask you to provide a vaccination certificate.

We have good wifi and all our holiday guests can enjoy 500MB of complimentary wifi per day per device.

Our pool is not heated, but being in Tropical North Queensland, you wont want it to be!

We don’t have a games room but we do have a rec room with tables and chairs, toys and board games for the kids, which provides a good spot for people to hang out together.

We have an outdoor cinema so you can watch movies under the stars. You can check with reception to see what’s showing on a particular day.

No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs throughout the resort that you’re welcome to use.

For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow day visitors.

Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and you only ride them during daylight hours.

We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters.

We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.

Yes, we can provide complimentary cots but we do not have highchairs.

Our laundry facilities are coin operated and cost $4 per load for both washing and drying (gold coins only). The laundry is open from 7:30am – 9:30pm.

You can have one car per site/cabin.

Yes, we’re in a tropical area so there are a lot of palm trees. They don’t usually cause any problems and provide some good shade.

All our sites are level.

There is room for one car space per cabin or site. If bringing a boat, jet ski or trailer please ring and inform reception.

The taps are located at the rear of each site.

A 3-5m lead would do the trick.

You’ll need a 10-amp lead.

Our camp kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove, hot plates, a BBQ and kettles. All you’ll need to bring is the food.

Our caravan sites are mostly slabs so this is not recommended.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park. Plus, there is no need as all our sites are powered.

There is room for one car space per cabin. If bringing a boat,jet ski or trailer please ring and inform reception.

All our cabins are equipped to make your stay convenient and hassle-free. They each have a hair dryer, iron, dishwashing liquid and kitchenette.

We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.

Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.

We don’t have Foxtel or DVD players in our cabins at this time.

Two of the family cabins have baths with a shower over them, and the rest have a shower with an average-sized lip. The beach cabins all have a spa bath with a shower over it.

We have an accessible 2-bedroom family villa that has ramps, handrails and a shower seat in the bathroom. One of our amenities blocks also has a separate disabled access shower and toilets with the same features.

Yes, our cabins have reverse cycled air conditioning.

Our beds can’t be split.
