General
Check in time is 10.30am for sites and 2pm for cabins.Check out time is 10am for both sites and cabins.
Yes. If you’re arriving late, give us a call on 07 4091 1407 before 5pm. We’ll send an SMS with a safe code which will have your pack, keys/map and instructions.
Our friendly staff at reception are available 8am – 6pm every day.
So that we can share the holiday fun with as many people as possible, we have a maximum stay capacity of 40 nights.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are more than welcome in all parts of the park. We just need you to supply relevant documents and complete some paperwork and ask that your animal always wears their companion jacket. If you don’t have the appropriate documents, please refer to our pet policy requirements.
Facilities
All our guests can enjoy complimentary wifi of 1GB per device per 24hrs.
Our pool is heated all year round at a pleasant 29 degrees
We don’t have a games/recreation room onsite, but there is so much to see and do in Atherton, you’ll never be bored.
We currently don’t have any kids’ movies showing.
No open flames or coal BBQs are allowed in the park. However, we have communal BBQs, one in the cabana and 2 in the camp kitchen that you’re welcome to use.
We do welcome day visitors, please sign in at reception on arrival.
Yes, but we’re sticklers for safety so we ask that you make sure you wear a helmet and that all bikes and scooters be parked at your site or cabin when the sun goes down.
We don’t have child-minding services, but our staff may be able to recommend some local babysitters. We do, however, have a school holidays activity schedule, which should keep the kids entertained. Please note minors need to be supervised at all times.
We don’t currently have mini-golf onsite.
Yes, we can provide a portacot.
Our laundry facilities are coin operated and cost $5 per load for washing and drying.
Yes.
A single car space is allocated for all accommodation types. All other vehicles can be parked in offsite and overload parking.
Sites
Yes, we’re lucky enough to be surrounded by lush tropical rainforest, and most of our sites have at least one tree on each of them. Please let us know at the time of booking if you do not want to book a site with trees.
All our sites are level.
This depends on the site you’ve booked. Your equipment needs to fit on the site, however, if you need more room, offsite parking is available.
The taps are located at the rear of each site.
We have a couple of sites where you’ll need an extra-long lead but for most of the sites, a 3m lead should do the trick.
You’ll need a 15-amp lead.
Our camp kitchen has, 2 gas BBQS and 2 gas cook tops, as well as fridge/freezer. All you’ll need to bring is the food.
Our powered and unpowered sites are suitable for caravans, campervans, camper trailers, tents and swags. If you’re in a caravan, all you need to do is check the size of the site when booking to make sure your vehicle will fit.
For the enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow generators in the park.
Cabins
Our cabins are only allocated one car space, except for the lodge, which has two spots. If you’d like to bring your boat, jet ski or trailer, offsite and overload parking is available.
All our cabins contain are fully self contained including hair dryers, irons, dish washing liquid.
We have you covered with all the linen you need in your room.
Our cabins are self-contained and have everything you need to prepare meals including crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery.
All cabins have Foxtel for your enjoyment, but not DVD players.
None of the cabins have baths in them. They are all equipped with showers. The Superior Family Cottage, Family Cottage and Eco Family Villa all have no lip on the shower.
We have accessible ensuite cabins sleep upto 4 and accessible lodge cabins that can sleep up to 6 pax. We also have accessible amenities in the park.
Our cabins all have air conditioning, which is reversed cycled
Our beds can’t be split.
